"I thought it was the end of the world," said terrified Aosi Itaka. "There were saucer-shaped UFOs as far as the eye could see."
The astounding solar eclipse occurred between noon and 2 p.m. and was witnessed by thousands of workers during their lunch break.
"It was just like an eclipse of the sun, but we know it wasn't," Professor Azusa Harano said. "Everyone for miles around saw the UFOs circling.
"The alien spaceships were not threatening, but the sheer numbers of them made us realize how vulnerable we really are," the professor added.
Though eyewitnesses for miles around saw the strange flying phenomenon, the UFOs didn't show up on area airport radar screens. And people who took pictures of the alien armada found blank photos when their film was developed.
